Winemaking is a matter of love, intuition, and care. Domaine de Trians is equipped with a high-tech press and temperature-controlled vats, capable of implementing the high-precision methods defined by Jean-Jacques Coll, the estate's winemaker.

Wines made from different grape varieties are aged separately in small oak vats for 18 - 24 months to ensure perfect control over the end product.
The old wooden vats have a capacity of 40 hectolitres and facilitate very slow wine/air exchanges. The wines are then blended before bottling.
